Kent City is excited to offer free breakfast and lunch to all students starting this new school year thanks to the Michigan Healthy School Meals Program! Even though meals will be provided for free, it is important for families to continue sharing household income information in order for our schools to receive full access to federal and state funding for educational programs that our
students are entitled to. As a household, you are responsible for completing the Education Benefits Form. Without this information, our district could lose important state funding for educational programs that students are entitled to. You can find this form at Kentcity.familyportal.cloud. Through this link, you will fill out this form and deposit money to your child’s account for ala carte purchases. This
site can be found on our website under the Food Service link. Education Benefits Forms are also used in determining P-EBT payments, fee waivers and Title I funding for the school. Online is the safest and quickest way to fill out the form. Paper forms will be available in each building’s office. All Education Benefits Forms are confidential. You only need to fill out one form per family.

One milk is included with each Breakfast & Lunch.  Additional Milk can be purchased for $.50 each. Milk with a sack lunch from home is NOT free.

If you have and questions or concerns, please contact Beth Ohman, FSD. 616-678-4214 x 2105 or beth.ohman@kentcityschools.org
