FAFSA Presentation

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

As of December 2023, seniors can begin filling out their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  This is required by all colleges to attend.  We are hosting GRCC's Financial Aid office in our library on Wednesday, December 12th from 6:00-7:00pm for parents and students to get help with their FAFSA.  If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Mr. Wilson (jeff.wilson@kentcityschools.org).  GRCC also has staff available to help families complete their FAFSA via phone/virtual appointments or in-person appointments.  Though other colleges also are helping with the FAFSA, we have had a great relationship with GRCC helping with this process.  Click here to schedule an appointment with GRCC

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR FAFSA:

  • Completing the FAFSA typically takes approximately one hour.
